Found at a Shrine of Zenithar, the deity of wealth, the Amulet can be worn for better prices with merchants. The Shrine can be found Northeast of Riften Stables. Wayward Pass is a path in between two mountains southwest of Winterhold and southeast of Dawnstar and directly south of Alftand. There is a shrine of Arkay here as well as one of his amulets and iron armor.
The Amulet of Akatosh, like the other amulets of the Nine Divines, is somewhat rare in Skyrim, however it may occasionally be found in these locations. Arcadia in Whiterun not only runs an ingredient store but also gives Expert level training.
In Morthal, Lami can give you Adept level training. If you're an assassin of the Dark Brotherhood, young vampire Babette can teach you at Expert level. Illusion is a school of magic focused on tricking the enemy's mind and senses. Only two trainers exist in Skyrim, and are not necessarily easy to access either.
Alternatively, if you have access to Orsimer strongholds, you can speak to Atub at Largashbur for Expert level training.
If you'd like apparitions from other planes to assist you in battle, Conjuration is for you. Runil in Falkreath will give you the basics at Adept level. After that, join the College of Winterhold to speak with Phinis Gestor, who will train you at Expert level.
Destruction magic consists of devastating, elemental spells. Finally, members of the College can speak to Faralda, who can train you at Master level.
Restoration is defensive, healing magic that can support you and your companions in battle. At the College, Colette Marence can train you at Expert level. Alteration is the art of bending reality, through magical armor or candlelight spells. Only two experts in Skyrim can train you in this school. If you're at the college, you can simply speak to Tolfdir who can train you at Master level.
You can also head to Kynesgrove and talk to Dravynea, who can train you in Alteration at Expert level. Plus, as a follower, you can equip Derkeethus with whatever armour and weapons you want, including some seriously powerful bows and arrows. He's skilled, hard-working, and has handsome horns.
Who can pass up a catch like this? However, it will take some work in order to marry Derkeethus, as he has gone missing and hasn't been seen a while by his fellow Darkwater Crossing companions.
Hrefna and Sondas will tell you he is missing, allowing you to start "Extracting an Argonian" and rescue Derkeethus. You'll find Derkeethus captured by Falmer in Darkwater Pass, so make sure you're strong enough to deal with Falmer. Derkeethus can't be killed during the mission, thankfully, but make sure he stays close to you while escaping. Unfortunately, his Essential status as an NPC goes away after his rescue, meaning he is vulnerable to death, particularly to Falmer attacks on the camp.
Make sure you scoop Derkeethus up quickly and marry him before that happens! He works a back-breaking 12 hours moving firewood and doing other menial labour though looking quite handsome while doing it. Like Shahvee, he requires doing a favour or a radiant quest before you can ask him to marry you.
